Born on March 3, 1955, in Ankara, Kızılcahamam, Salih Bezci entered the Department of Architecture at the Ankara State Academy of Architecture and Engineering after completing his primary and secondary education. He completed his architectural education in 1979. From his student years onward, he pursued the family profession of construction contracting. Salih Bezci, who has designed the architectural projects for numerous shopping centers and residential buildings from 1980 to the present day, has served as an investor and Project Coordinator in the construction of the buildings he designed. Bezci served as the Chairman of the Ankara Chamber of Commerce for 3 terms.

He was born in 1990. After completing his primary education at Büyük Kolej and graduating from Fatoş Abla High School at the top of his class, he entered the Department of Interior Architecture and Environmental Design at TOBB ETU. Bezci graduated from the university in 2013. During his university education, Bezci received architectural internship training in New York for 3.5 months and served as the president of the Economic and Young Entrepreneurs Society affiliated with TOBB ETU University for 3 terms. In the 3rd year of his university education, Bezci broke new ground by becoming the youngest member of the Young Businessmen Association of Turkey (TÜGİAD) at the age of 21, and was elected to the Headquarters Board of Directors at the age of 22. Bezci is currently working as the Deputy Chairman of the Board within Besa Holding.

He was born in Eskişehir in 1963. He completed his primary education in Eskişehir and his secondary education in Ankara. Uslu, who graduated from the Business Administration Department of Anadolu University in 1987, began his professional life at a construction company in Ankara. Following 10 years of experience in construction, he worked as a senior executive at Binkoz Markets, which was founded by the Bezci Family in 1995. Since 2000, Uslu has served as a Member of the Board of Directors responsible for Administrative and Financial Affairs at Besa Holding. He continues to hold this position.
